She explained that they agreed on an outdoor storage
ZONING CODE
amount of 135,000 square feet, which is close to what was in place when
AT 32 SOUTH
the zoning of the property changed. She stated that Mr. Erdmanis is
OWASSO BLVD
working on a site plan for what materials and equipment storage he will
EAST
have there, but is asking for some flexibility on how he uses this 135,000
APPLICANT
square feet. She reported that Mr. Erdmanis told staff he would be making
ERDMANIS, LLP
a list of the equipment that he can remove from his property. She stated
that staff wants a plan for the site to show what will be store where on the
property, such as where the subcontractors equipment will go, in order to
help with code enforcement. The Associate Planner stated that Staff agrees
with what Mr. Erdmanis has proposed and will continue to work with him,
and as a result, Mr. Erdmanis has withdrawn his appeal.
Montour stated that Staff needs to keep on Mr. Erdmanis to make sure he
complies within a reasonable amount of time.
