<br /> <br />May 1995 – Mr. Erdmanis responds the City’s letter in which he indicates the recycling stockpile is <br />scheduled to be crushed on or about June 10th. He indicates the crushing will take about two weeks <br />and it is anticipated to be removed at that time. Mr. Erdmanis only mentions Buck Blacktop’s use of <br />the property in his letter. <br /> <br />July 1995 – Mr. Erdmanis writes another letter to the City indicating the crushing is expected to be <br />completed within the next four weeks. Mr. Erdmanis states in the letter that he will have the City <br />Council formally review any future pile prior to accumulating. <br /> <br />September 1995 – The I-P District permitted uses is amended to prohibit the stockpiling and recycling <br />of aggregate materials in supplies of more than 25 cubic yards. This same provision was added the I-1 <br />District in August 1990. <br /> <br />January 1996 – Erdmanis LLP purchases the property from Mark and Lloyd Bellin. <br /> <br />May 1998 – The City notifies Buck Blacktop, Uldis Erdmanis that the recycling asphalt and <br />stockpiling of materials was supposed to be discontinued. The City requests that this be discontinued <br />immediately. <br /> <br />September 2000 – The City mails a letter to Buck Blacktop, Uldis Erdmanis that the stockpiling of <br />materials is not allowed. <br /> <br />2003 – Ramsey County GIS Aerial shows an estimated 126,000 square feet of outdoor storage located <br />in front of the building and roughly 11,000 square feet in the rear yard. <br /> <br />2006 – Ramsey County GIS Aerial shows an estimated 130,000 square feet of outdoor storage located <br />in front of the building and roughly 12,000 square feet in the rear yard. <br /> <br />2008 – Ramsey County GIS Aerial shows an estimated 132,000 square feet of outdoor storage located <br />in front of the building and roughly 14,000 square feet in the rear yard. <br /> <br />2009 – Ramsey County GIS Aerial shows an estimated 126,000 square feet of outdoor storage located <br />in front of the building and roughly 13,000 square feet in the rear yard. <br /> <br />2010 – The City adopted an ordinance for Outdoor Storage License applicable to properties within the <br />I-1, Light Industrial and I-P, Industrial Park Districts. <br /> <br />2011 – Ramsey County GIS Aerial shows an estimated 131,000 square feet of outdoor storage located <br />in front of the building and roughly 15,000 square feet in the rear yard. <br /> <br />June 2013 – Outdoor storage license inspection, city staff observes chain link fencing and posts in the <br />northeast corner of the storage yard. Per Mr. Erdmanis this fencing was not his, but was from another <br />contractor on a job he was working on. He was letting him keep the fencing on the property <br />temporarily. Staff indicated this was not allowed. Mr. Erdmanis had the fencing removed and staff <br />completed an inspection to verify it was removed. <br /> <br />June 2014 – Outdoor storage license inspection, city staff observes several trucks on the property from <br />Perfect Landscape. Mr. Erdmanis indicated that these were contractor trucks that were working with
