The PUD will continue to control development <br />and construction for the project. <br /> <br /> <br />Summary and Recommendation <br /> <br />Planning staff recommends approval of the Preliminary and Final Plat, with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. Final PUD plans are submitted verifying compliance with terms of the PUD approvals <br />granted by the City Council. <br /> <br />2. The City Engineer reviews the utilities and stormwater improvements, including the <br />drainage and utility easement, for compliance with City policy. <br /> <br />3. The applicant submits declarations documents for City Attorney review to ensure <br />adequate management and maintenance provisions for future owners and residents. <br /> <br />4.
