Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONSENT McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />AGENDA <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2017-2-29 —APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVAL OF THE VOUCHERS, <br />*RESCHED ULE MARCH 8, 2017 WORKSHOP AND CITY CO UNCIL <br />MEETING TO MONDAY, MARCH 6, 2017 <br />*APPROVAL OF PLANS AND A UTHORIZING ADVERTISING FOR <br />BIDS FOR 20177MPR0VEMENT PROJECTS <br />*ACCEPT FEASIBILITY REPORT & CALL FOR AN <br />IMPROVEMENT HEARING ON MARCH 22, 2107 AT 6:30PMFOR <br />THE KELLER PARKWAYSTREET PROJECT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ORGANIZED The City Administrator explained that they have finalized a new organized <br />COLLECTION collection contract. He noted that the City Attorney has reviewed it and <br />CONTRACT made a few language changes for term consistency. Staff recommends the <br />Council approve the new organized collection contract that was reviewed <br />by the City Attorney. <br />The City Administrator stated that there will likely need to be ordinance <br />changes needed to address what the County wants for multi -family <br />housing recycling, rather than trying to deal with it through the haulers' <br />contract. He noted that it would be easier to address adding a townhome <br />rate if there was only one hauler, but trying to figure it out between the <br />three haulers is difficult. He explained that this contract will be <br />retroactive to January 1, 2017. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2017-2-30 —APPROVING THE FIVE YEAR <br />ORGANIZED COLLECTION CONTRACT AS PRESENTED BY THE <br />CITYADMINISTRATOR. <br />
