<br />(ix) Waste containing naturally occurring radioactive material (NORM) and/or <br />technologically-enhanced NORM (TENORM); and <br /> <br />(x) Municipal or commercial solid waste that may have come into contact with any of the <br />foregoing. <br /> <br />S. Special Waste Profile. Contracto r’s form of documentation that the City must complete, and Contractor <br />must approve, with respect to any Special Waste prior to Con tracto r’s acceptance of such Special <br />Waste. The City will ensure that the Special Waste Profile includes a complete and accurate <br />description of the waste stream, including the generating process and chemical and physical <br />characteristics. <br /> <br />T. Townhome. Structures containing two or more units of not more than three (3) stories each and <br />contiguous to each other. Said units shall also be governed by an association for the entire series of <br />structures within any such development. <br /> <br />U. Toxic and Hazardous Wastes. Toxic and hazardous wastes are waste materials including, but not <br />limited to, liquid paint, motor oils, batteries, poisons, pesticides, herbicides, acids, caustics, <br />pathological wastes, radioactive materials, flammable or explosive materials, and similar harmful <br />chemicals and wastes which require special handling and must be disposed of in a manner to conserve <br />the environment and protect public health and safety. <br /> <br />V. Unacceptable Waste. Hazardous, radioactive, volatile, corrosive, highly flammable, explosive, <br />biomedical, infectious, biohazardous, toxic or listed or characteristic hazardous waste as defined by <br />Applicable Law or any otherwise regulated waste. In addition, any Special Waste that does not <br />conform to the Special Waste Profile supplied by Customer is Unacceptable Waste. <br /> <br />W. Waste Materials. Waste Material is all nonhazardous Solid Waste and, if designated in this Contract, <br />nonhazardous Special Waste and/or Recyclables that are not excluded by this Contract. Waste Material <br />does not include any Unacceptable Waste. <br /> <br />X. WU. Yard Waste. All organic plant material that can be composted including grass clippings, <br />leaves, soft garden material, brush and tree limbs under four inches in diameter and four feet in length <br />provided they are bundled with twine or other organic material. <br /> <br /> <br />IV. SCOPE OF CONTRACT. <br /> <br />A. Collection Service Provided by Contractor. <br /> <br />1. Garbage and Refuse Collection. <br /> <br />a. Description. Refuse collection service shall include the collection of all garbage and refuse <br />from residential dwelling units in the City of Little Canada. Recyclables, bulky items, and <br />yard waste shall be collected separately. Included in the cost of this service is the <br />collection of one Christmas tree (not wrapped in a plastic bag and free of ornaments and <br />tinsel) annually from every residential dwelling unit and three bulky items per year. Cost <br />for this service is described in Attachment “A.” <br /> <br />b. Exclusions. Refuse collection service shall not include the collection of: <br /> <br />1.
