CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 810 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS 2000, 600 AND 1400 OF THE <br />LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE THAT PERTAIN TO THE FIRE CODE <br />AND OTHER BURNING REGULATIONS <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby amends Chapter 2000, <br />Section 2001, Adoption by Reference of the Minnesota State Fire Code, by adding the <br />underlined material and deleting the stricken material as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />2001. ADOPTION BY REFERENCE OF THE MINNESOTA STATE FIRE CODE <br /> <br />2001.010. ADOPTION OF FIRE CODE. <br /> <br />(A) The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby adopts the 2007 2015 <br />Minnesota State Fire Code for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions <br />hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion. The adoption of the 2007 2015 Minnesota <br />State Fire Code includes the adoption of all amendments adopted from time to time. The 2007 <br />2015 Minnesota State Fire Code is hereby incorporated in this ordinance as if fully set out <br />herein. A copy of the Fire Code is maintained in the Office of the Fire Marshal or designee for <br />examination and use by the public. <br /> <br />(B) The following appendices are adopted: <br /> <br />1. Appendix C (Fire Hydrant Location and Distribution) <br /> <br />2. Appendix E (Hazard Categories) <br /> <br />3. Appendix F (Hazard Ranking) <br /> <br />4. Appendix G (Cryogenis Fluids-Weights and Volume Equivalents) <br /> <br />5. Appendix H (Hazardous Materials Management Plan (HMMP) and Hazardous <br />Materials Inventory Statement (HMIS) Instructions) <br /> <br />6. Appendix I (Fire Protection Systems – Noncompliant Conditions) <br /> <br />7. Appendix K (Fires or Barbecues on Balconies or Patios) <br />
