<br />Ordinance 812 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />825.030. LICENSED PROPERTY. The applicant shall specify on the license application in <br />what location he/she desires to operate. The license when issued, shall be limited to the area <br />described. No license shall be issued unless the property upon which the business is to be conducted <br />is zoned PUD Zoning District âFâ. No more than one (1) license may be in full force at any one time <br />within the PUD Zoning District âFâ. The City Council, in arranging for the approval of the <br />Conditional Use Permit and application, shall set up such restrictions as to manner of operation, <br />location of handicap accessibility motor vehicles sales and customer vehicles awaiting handicap <br />accessibility component repair, limitation of number of vehicles permitted for outdoor display and <br />storage, fencing or screening of the grounds devoted to the use and any other provisions or <br />requirements that may be deemed advisable by the Council in order to preserve the best appearance <br />and to prevent complaints from neighboring property owners. <br /> <br />825.040. RESPONSIBILITY OF LICENSEE. Any licensee hereunder shall be held <br />responsible for nuisances emanating from his operation and he shall not permit debris, wreckage, <br />handicap accessibility parts, dismantled vehicles, or any other kinds of waste or debris from his <br />business to be deposited on any public or private property or on his own property. Licensee shall <br />provide sufficient parking area within the confines of the licensed property to accommodate all <br />motor vehicles of customers, employees, and those for sale as not to create a traffic hazard or a <br />neighborhood nuisance. <br /> <br />825.050. REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF LICENSE. The City Council, following <br />the provisions of Chapter 800 within the Municipal Code, may revoke or suspend a license for <br />violation of any of the above licensing requirements. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
