MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MAY 24, 2017 <br />The Public Works Director stated that it was decided that four cameras <br />would be a good start and it would be $1,250 annually to service <br />everything. He reported that Staff had further discussion and is first going <br />to try one or two cameras from Pioneer Park to make sure they can get <br />good visuals before investing in the cameras here. He explained that the <br />wiring cost is $2,638.26, cameras are $2,607.96, the antennas, radios and <br />miscellaneous equipment is $890.00; for a total of $5,335.22. Fischer <br />stated that the total amount approved should be a little more in case better <br />quality cameras end up being needed. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2017-5-95 — APPRO VING THE PURCHASE AND <br />INSTALLATION OF SECURITY CAMERAS AT THE OLD FIRE <br />HALL FOR A COST UP TO $6,000 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0).
