MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 28, 2017 <br />DEVELOPMENT <br />The City Administrator stated that the City Council has given approvals <br />AGREEMENT <br />for the Winter Estates townhome development at 2736 and 2744 Rice <br />FOR WINTER <br />Street. He noted that the draft of the development agreement was in the <br />ESTATES; <br />additions packet, but some details are still being worked with the <br />DEVELOPER: <br />developer. He stated that it is the standard agreement that the City uses <br />CASH FOR <br />modified to the specifics of this approval. He recommended the Council <br />HOUSES, LLC <br />approve the development agreement as presented subject to any <br />modifications made with approval of the City Attorney. <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 2017-6-107 - APPROVING THE DEVELOPEMTN <br />AGREEMENT SUBJECT TO MODIFICATIONS BEING APPROVED <br />BY THE CITYATTORNEY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Aye (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />AGREEMENT The City Administrator stated that the Council selected SEH to complete <br />WITH SEH the Parks Master Plan process. He explained that Staff made a number of <br />FOR PARKS changes to the initial draft of the agreement and SEH accepted all of them. <br />MASTER He noted that there was a slight increase in the project cost of $1,980 to <br />PLAN conduct individual interviews of the City Council and Parks <br />Commissioners on park objective and goals. He stated that this agreement <br />is only focusing on the Master Plan and not the ongoing services, but he <br />added a provision that he can add that component at their proposal rates up <br />to 30 days past the completion of the Master Plan. He explained that we <br />are unlikely to need on-going services during the period that we are <br />working on the Master Plan, and this will allow the City time to gauge our <br />satisfaction with their services. <br />McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 2017-6-108 - APPROVING THE PARKS MASTER <br />PLANA GREEMENT WITH SEH FOR A TOTAL COST OF $35,830 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Torkelson. <br />Aye (5). <br />Nays (0).
