MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AUGUST 23, 2017 <br />Kjos stated he estimates that even during one of their bigger events, there <br />could be around 60-70 people there at a time. <br />Fischer asked if they have had any parking issues during the day so far. <br />Mr. Badger stated that they do not use much parking during the day on <br />weekdays, and their leagues do not play until at least 6:OOpm. Fischer <br />clarified that they have full access to all 70 parking spaces on weekends. <br />Torkelson asked if there have been any of their customers parking on <br />Jackson Street along the east side of the building. Mr. Kjos stated that <br />they have not seen parking anywhere than in their lot, but they could <br />monitor that during bigger events. <br />McGraw clarified that the applicants have received the staff report and are <br />agreeable to the conditions stated. Mr. Badger and Mr. Kjos confirmed <br />they are agreeable. The City Administrator stated that the Council could <br />add a condition about not allowing parking on Jackson Street. <br />There were no comments from the public. <br />Upon motion by Keis, seconded by Fischer, the public hearing was closed. <br />McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 2017-8-142 —APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT TO ALLOW ALCOHOL SALES AT TNT BILLIARD <br />PRODUCTS AND POOL HALL AT 80 LITTLE CANADA ROAD <br />EAST, SUBJECT TO THE THREE CONDITIONS IN THE STAFF <br />REPORT AND ADDING THE CONDITION TO NOT ALLOW <br />CUSTOMER PARKING ON JACKSON STREET AND THAT BE <br />MONITORED BY STAFF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Aye (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PUBLIC HEARING Keis opened the public hearing. <br />-PUD <br />AMENDMENT <br />The Associate Planner explained that Jim Schwalbach, principal of 3100 <br />FOR OUTDOOR <br />Country Drive, LLC, which owns the property at 3100 Country Drive, has <br />STORAGE AND <br />applied for a Comprehensive Sign Plan and a Planned Unit Development <br />COMPREHENSIVE <br />(PUD) amendment that would allow for outdoor storage to businesses that <br />SIGN PLAN AT <br />do no occupy space within the building at 3100 Country Drive. She stated <br />3100 COUNTRY <br />that this property is zoned PUD, District D, and the existing PUD permit <br />DRIVE <br />allows for accessory outdoor storage to tenants of the building as <br />
