MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 13, 2017 <br />Montour stated that he prefers to use option four, and add the condition <br />that a 2:00am license would not be allowed for pool halls. There was <br />Council consensus for staff to draft a code amendment based on option <br />four in the staff report, along with a reduced liquor license fee for pool <br />halls since they can only sell malt liquor. <br />DECLARE COSTS, The City Clerk stated that the street projects are almost complete and staff <br />ORDER is recommending that the Council declare costs, order the assessment roles <br />ASSESSMENT and call for the assessment hearings. She noted that staff has two dates in <br />ROLES & CALL October for the Council to consider for the hearings. There was Council <br />FOR ASSESSMENT consensus to call the assessment hearings on Tuesday, October 17 <br />HEARINGS FOR beginning at 5:45pm. <br />2016 RYAN <br />INDUSTRIAL PARK Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />IMPROVEMENTS <br />AND 2017 STREET RESOL UTION 2017-9-158 — APPROVING RESOL UTIONS <br />IMPROVEMENTS DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING THE <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 2016-04, IMPROVEMENT NO. 2017-01, <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 2017-02 AND IMPROVEMENT NO. 2017-03 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Aye (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 2017-9-154 — APPROVING A RESOLUTION FOR A <br />HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS FOR RYAN <br />INDUSTRIAL PARK, IMPROVEMENT NO. 2016-04 ON OCTOBER <br />17, 2017AT 5:45PM. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Aye (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 2017-9-155 — APPROVING A RESOL UTION FOR A <br />HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS FOR VANDERBIE <br />STREET, IMPROVEMENT NO. 2017-01 ON OCTOBER 17, 2017AT <br />6:20PM. <br />C! <br />
