MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 25, 2017 <br />McMENEMY MID -BLOCK CROSSWALK D URING CHURCH <br />EVENTS; <br />- DIRECT CITYSTAFF TO REVIEW THEALLOWED ON -STREET <br />PARKING LOCATIONS FROM THE UNION HALL CORNER TO <br />THE WEST END OF THE NORTH PARKING LOT; <br />- DIRECT STAFF TO REVIEW NO PARKING ON THE SOUTH <br />SIDE FROM THE WEST END OF THE SCHOOL/CHURCH <br />ENGRANCE TO THE WEST END OF THE NORTH PARKING LOT. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Aye (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />2018 STREET The Public Works Director explained that staff has begun planning for the <br />IMPROVEMENT 2018 street improvement program. He reported that the streets initially <br />PROGRAM proposed are Twin Lake Boulevard, from Vadnais Boulevard to Vadnais <br />Boulevard, but it is a shared street with Vadnais Heights and they have <br />indicated that they are not doing any street improvements next year. He <br />stated that Parkview Court has curb and gutter repairs needed, Jackson <br />Street, Old County Road C and Lakeshore Avenue need a mill and <br />overlay, Condit Street and Burke Lane may need full reconstruction. He <br />stated that staff is requesting authorization to hold the neighborhood <br />informational meetings and order the feasibility studies for the streets that <br />the Council decides to do a project on. He noted that we do not usually <br />end up moving forward on all of the streets that are initially proposed. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2017-10-198 APPROVE HOLDING THE <br />NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATIONAL MEETINGS AND <br />A UTHORIZE THE FEASIBILITY STUDIES FOR THE STREETS IN <br />THE 2018 STREET PROGRAM <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />LAPSE OF LOT <br />The Associate Planner reported that Mark Chlebeck had received approval <br />LINE <br />for a lot adjustment between his property at 2446 McMenemy and 2444 <br />ADJUSTMENT <br />McMenemy Street on May 24, 2017. She explained that the City Code <br />APPROVAL FOR <br />allows the applicant six months to record the subdivision documents with <br />2444 & 2446 <br />Ramsey County. She stated that Mr. Chlebeck has been trying to work <br />MCMENEMY <br />with two different realtors to obtain the documents needed, but they have <br />STREET <br />
