MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL, <br />MAY 7, 2002 <br />"APPROVING THE VOUCHERS <br />phe foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Montour, LaValle, Scalze, Anderson, Pahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CITY ATTORNI'rY The City Attorney reported that he has purchased a townoffice unit in <br />131acktern Pond and will be relocating his offce to Little Canada in the fall. <br />CU.P REVIIJW - The Council reviewed the Conditional Use Permit for outdoor recreation <br />GORDIES' granted for Gordies' Place. LaValle reported that he has reviewed the <br />PLACl; Sheriff's Department call log for Gordies, and based on that review there <br />appears to have been only four calls of any consequence at Gordies since <br />January of 2001. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESO/,UTION NO. 2002-i-I07-APPROVING THE C"ONTINUATION <br />OF THL' CORD/E.S"' PLACE CONDI%'/ONAI_ USF_ PERMIT FOR <br />OUTDOOR RECItF_A77ON Ab' PREVIOUSI Y APPROVED AND <br />DECLARING TI~AT AN3' F'UR%'I/E/i IZEV/EW OF' TH/S CUP WILL. 13E <br />I3AS'ED ONA COMPI_A/NT 13AS/S IF NECESSARY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Fahey, Anderson, Montour, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). I,2esolution declared adopted. <br />1?llG~L2TON Council reviewed the recommendation of the Public Worl<s Director for <br />STREIJT corrections to a section of sanitary sewer in the vicinity of Edgerton Street <br />Sl;WIrR and LaBore Road. It was noted that there is a long history of sewer back-ups <br />CORREC'L'lON in this area and the Director is recommending the corrections be made to <br />resolve this problem at a cost not to exceed $30,000. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RGSOI_UTION NO. 2002-5-108 -APPROVING THE CORRECTION <br />WORK FOR TLIE EUGERTON STREET S'AN/TAR I' NEWER AS <br />IZECOMMF_NDED B 3' THE PU/3L IC' WORKS DIREC"/'OR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Fahey, Scalze, Montour, Anderson. <br />Nays (0).
