If the <br />development agreement is not finalized and the grant approval lapses, the City <br />will still require the park to construct the storm shelter. The Planning Commission <br />REVIEW - recommended approval subject to compliance with the recommendations <br />2900 RICI; of the City Planner except that recommendation # L be modified to require <br />STRT;1;"T - the double stacking of vehicles for the drive-through, recommendation #4 <br />SNYDERS DRUG be limited to the new Snyders structure only with permitted uses in the B-3 <br />STORIJ District serving as the widerlying uses allowed for this site, and <br />recommendation #5 would apply to both the Snyders site as well as the <br />remainder of the shopping center. <br />Brian Johnson, representing the Market Place Shopping Center, presented a <br />revised plan which changes the arches first proposed on the Snyders store to <br />gables and noted additional elements that will match the shopping center. <br />Johnson further noted that the drive tlm~ough has been expanded to provide for <br />double stacking, and a trash enclosure has been added on the north end of the <br />property. <br />Mark Hotzler, Market Place Shopping Center, indicated once Market Place <br />Drive is relocated, the parking lot layout will be revised to provide for <br />adequate handicapped parking for both the new Snyders store and the entire <br />parking lot. <br />Anderson asked the rational for changing the arches on the proposed Snyders <br />store to gables. The City Planner indicated that he proposed the change given <br />5 <br />
