MINU'1'LS
CITI' COUNCIL,
AUGUST 14, 2002
Dorn asked what ~n~ould happen ~n~hen (~~,~o semi-trod, arrive at the same
time at Poolside foe a delivery. Suoman reported that Poolside gets one
semi delivery per day, sometimes h~~o. When one truck is unloading, the
other pulls in Prom County Road C and waits until the tirst truck is
unloaded and exits the property via Jackson street. 'l~he second truck then
pulls up to the dock and is unloaded.
Chris Cartony, Jackson Street resident, indicated that truck drivers that are
waiting to get into the Poolside property via Jackson street, park on the
street and leave their tntela idling right ot~rtside his bedroom window.
Cartony indicated that he has a concern with the amount of traffic on
Jad<son Street, which includes trahlic during the summers tiom 9 a.m. to
10 p.m. on Saturday's and Sunday's.
Fahey indicated that i( is dil7icult for the Council to restrict commercial
traffic in a commercial area. hahey pointed out that the resident's
property is also zoned commercial.
