While he sympathized with the residents' concerns, he did have a problem with treating one commercial property differently from another. Fahey suggested that the issue be discussed at the time the Council considers a rezoning of these non-conforming residences from B- 3 to R-B or another zoning. Fahey also noted that Poolside has repetitive deliveries from vendors, and it should be possible for Mr. Anderson to work with these vendors and direct them to enter the Poolside property from County Road C. The City Administrator suggested that enforcement of the no parking restriction on Jackson Street would be a means of addressing the neighbors' concerns with Poolside, while not restricting the building at 80 Little Canada Road. He also agreed that Poolside could encourage its vendors to enter the site from County Road C.
