MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 25, 2002 <br />equipment, and would have no material storage on the site. Fahey stated <br />that the outdoor storage should be limited to the Frattalone business, and <br />there should be no subleasing to any other business. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Montour, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Council discussed the length of the permit. Frattalone indicated that the <br />December 31, 2003 recommendation by the City Planner was acceptable <br />to him. Frattalone indicated that he will make the decision by next fall on <br />whether or not to proceed with the project. If he decides to proceed, <br />construction would not begin until spring of 2004. Frattalone reported that <br />he would then readdress the issue of the interim permit at that time. if <br />however, the decision is to not build, Frattalone indicated that he would <br />likely sell the property. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RE.SOI. UTION NO. 2002-9-2I5 - APPROVING AN INTERIM USE <br />PERMIT FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE OF VEHICI,ESAND <br />EQUIPMENT ON THE FRATTALONE PROPERTYLOCATED AT <br />RICE STREET AND SPRUCE STREET SU73JECT TO THIS <br />STORAGE BEING I IMITED TO THE FRATTALONE <br />EXCAVATING 13U.SINESS ONLY, WITH THE STIPULATION THAT <br />THE PERMIT EXPIRES ON DECEM73ER 31, 2003. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Fahey, Scalze, Montour. <br />Nays (1) Anderson.
