Fahey stated that the outdoor storage should be limited to the Frattalone business, and there should be no subleasing to any other business. There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Montour, the public hearing was closed. Council discussed the length of the permit. Frattalone indicated that the December 31, 2003 recommendation by the City Planner was acceptable to him. Frattalone indicated that he will make the decision by next fall on whether or not to proceed with the project. If he decides to proceed, construction would not begin until spring of 2004. Frattalone reported that he would then readdress the issue of the interim permit at that time. if however, the decision is to not build, Frattalone indicated that he would likely sell the property. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RE.SOI. UTION NO. 2002-9-2I5 - APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE OF VEHICI,ESAND EQUIPMENT ON THE FRATTALONE PROPERTYLOCATED AT RICE STREET AND SPRUCE STREET SU73JECT TO THIS STORAGE BEING I IMITED TO THE FRATTALONE EXCAVATING 13U.SINESS ONLY, WITH THE STIPULATION THAT THE PERMIT EXPIRES ON DECEM73ER 31, 2003. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. Ayes (4) LaValle, Fahey, Scalze, Montour. Nays (1) Anderson. Resolution declared adopted.
