Resolution declared adopted. <br />Woolsey anticipated that the store will be opened in mid January. <br />TEXT Fahey opened the public hearing to consider a Text Amendment to <br />AMENDMENT - the Code relative to allowable size and number of residential <br />SIGNAGE identification signs in the R-3 Zoning District. The City Planner <br />IN R-3 and the Planning Commission recommended approval of the text <br />DISTRICT amendment. <br />Kent Bureau, representing Montreal Courts Apartments, reported that <br />they are requesting the text amendment so that they can upgrade their <br />signage at the apartment complex. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment <br />on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Fahey, seconded by Scalze, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Montour asked how the signs would be lit. Bureau replied that the <br />signs would be lit with outside fixtures. Anderson asked if there were <br />other properties this text amendment would impact. The City Planner <br />indicated that he would think of no other R-3 properties having <br />frontage on two streets and multiple buildings. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 540 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />SECTION 903.110.E OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE, <br />KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, 73Y PROVIDING FOR <br />REGULATION OF SIGNS IN AN R-3 ZONING DISTRICT <br />The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Fahey, Scalze, Montour, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />
