MINUTES CITY COUNCIL NOVEMBER 14, 2018 Ramsey County owned dome with indoor turf in Vadnais Heights collapsed in April. She appreciates the feedback and they are looking at the options and assessing the future of the site. Torkelson stated that the City and the County would like to partner on improving Rice Street and asked if there is anything that can be done for now to help pedestrians on Rice Street. CONSENT Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: AGENDA RESOL UTION NO. 2018-11-232 — APPROVING THE CONSENT AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: *APPROVAL OF THE VOUCHERS *APPROVE ADDITIONS TO THE WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 28, 2018: DISCUSS NORTH SUBURBANACCESS PROFESSIONAL& TECHNICAL SER VICES A GREEMENT & UPDATING CELL PHONE POLICY *APPROVE PARTIAL PAYMENT #3 TO HARDRIVES, INC. FOR 2018 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution adopted. CANVASS The City Clerk presented the Council with the November 6, 2016 State NOVEMBER 6, 2018 General Election results. She noted that 3,249 residents voted on Election GENERAL Day and an additional 1,465 residents voted before November 6, either by ELECTION RESULTS Absentee Ballot or Early Voting. She stated that overall turnout was very good for a mid-term election, and there continues to be an increase in the amount of residents voting before the election. She also thanked the City's
