It was asked how much the road drops for an urban section. Mr. Elfering responded that
it will depend on where you are along the road but he estimated anywhere between six
inches and two feet and possibly more.

A resident asked what the project timeline would be for the work. Mr. Elfering
answered that the project would be included with County Road D so the contractor
would likely start on D and then move to Greenbrier. He further stated that the
contractor chooses the work schedule but does need to have everything substantially
completed by a certain date. It was estimated that the work on Greenbrier would start
sometime between mid-June and early-July.

It was asked if the project would use seed or sod. Mr. Elfering responded that sod would
be proposed for now and provided a further explanation of seed versus sod and the pros
and cons of each.

It was asked on which side of the street the storm pipe trunk line would be put. Mr.
Elfering stated that he did not know yet but said it would likely be the west side since the
water main is on the east side and the sanitary sewer is in the middle of the street.

At this point the City Engineer stated that he would be sending out a survey to all abutting
properties asking whether or not they were in favor of the project. He said he would tabulate the
votes and then pass along the feeling of the neighborhood to the City Council and a public
hearing would be scheduled. The City Engineer thanked the residents of Greenbrier for
attending the meeting, which concluded at 8:40 p.m.
