STAFF REPORT <br />TO: Parks & Recreation Commission <br />FROM: Bryce Shearen, Parks & Recreation/Community Services Manager <br />DATE: March 29, 2019 <br />RE: Poured-In-Place Rubber Surfacing Update <br />The donation of $111,345 from the Little Canada Recreation Association (LCRA) for the Poured- <br />In-Place (PIP) rubber surfacing at the new Spooner Park Playground was accepted by the City <br />Council on March 13, 2019. At their following meeting, the City Council approved the amendment <br />to the 2019 budget for the purchase of the PIP surfacing and approved the PIP contract that was <br />provided by Minnesota/Wisconsin playground in the amount of $111,345 utilizing the <br />LCRA donation to offset those costs. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />•Approval of Poured-In-Place Rubber Surfacing Staff Report from March 27, 2019, City <br />Council Agenda
