MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 11, 2001 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Montour, Scalze, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />K & J The Council reviewed staff's recommendation that the annual CUP <br />CATERING license fee for K & J Catering remain at $250 for the license year 2001/ <br />CUP LICENSE 2002 given that no rental events have yet to occur at the rental hall. <br />FEE <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI,UTIONNO. 2001-4-82 -APPROVING CONTINUATION OF THE <br />$250 CUP LICENSE FEE FORK & J CATERING FOR THE LICENSE <br />YEAR 2001/2002 AS RECOMMENDED 73Y CITY STAFF PENDING <br />RECONSIDERATION OF THIS LICENSE FEE FOR THE LICENSE <br />YEAR 2002/2003 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Anderson, Scalze, Montour. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />BINGO HALL The Council reviewed staffs recommendation for enactment of an annual <br />LICENSE $150 bingo hall license fee. It was noted that the fee would cover the cost <br />FEE of stafftime in processing bingo hall license renewals. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001-4-83 -ADOPTING A $150 ANNUAL 73ING0 <br />HALL LICENSE FEE AS RECOMMENDED BY CITY STAFF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Scalze, Montour, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />COUNTY County Commissioner Jan Wiesner appeared before the Council to update <br />COMMISSIONER the Council on several items that impact the City. Wiesner reviewed a <br />JAN WIESSNER packet of information with the Council and provided the City with extra <br />& packets for distribution to anyone interested. Information in the packet <br />DISTRICT ranged from County parks and recreation information to transportation <br />COURT JUDGE issues. <br />JOANNE SMITH <br />Ramsey County District Court Judge Joanne Smith appeared before the <br />
