AT A I OCATION THAT SERVES AL.COHOI.IC 73EVERAGES SUI3.IECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH TIIE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND THE CITY PLANNER, DECI ARING A SATISFACTORY THREE-YEAR LtEVIEW OF TIIE EXISTING CDI"S FOR VOI_I_EYI3ALL AND BOOT HOCKEY, AND S(JI3JECT TO A ONE YEAR REVIEW OF ALL COMMERCIAL RECREATION USES AT GORDIES' (VOLLEYBALL , I300T HOCKEY, ]3000E BALL) The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. Ayes (5) LaValle, Montour, Fahey, Scalze, Anderson. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. I'ahey opened the Public Hearing to consider an application for Planned Unit Development Amendment allowing construction of a 13,770 square foot office/warehouse building at 2935 Country Drive as requested by Dick Biagini. I~ahey noted that both the City Planner and the Planning Commission have recommended approval. There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Montour, the public hearing was closed. Dick Biagini appeared before the Council and indicated that he is currently in lease negotiations with State Farm for office space in this building. If the negotiations are successful, there would be adrive-through claims adjusting area at the end of the building. Biagini reported that the north side of the building would mirror the south except for a pair of doors at the end for this claims adjusting area. The Council indicated that they had no objection to this change and noted that the building is an improvement over what had been previously submitted. Montour asked the status of parking along the west end of the property.
