AT <br />A I OCATION THAT SERVES AL.COHOI.IC 73EVERAGES SUI3.IECT TO <br />COMPLIANCE WITH TIIE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION AND THE CITY PLANNER, DECI ARING A <br />SATISFACTORY THREE-YEAR LtEVIEW OF TIIE EXISTING CDI"S <br />FOR VOI_I_EYI3ALL AND BOOT HOCKEY, AND S(JI3JECT TO A ONE <br />YEAR REVIEW OF ALL COMMERCIAL RECREATION USES AT <br />GORDIES' (VOLLEYBALL , I300T HOCKEY, ]3000E BALL) <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Montour, Fahey, Scalze, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />I'ahey opened the Public Hearing to consider an application for Planned <br />Unit Development Amendment allowing construction of a 13,770 square <br />foot office/warehouse building at 2935 Country Drive as requested by <br />Dick Biagini. I~ahey noted that both the City Planner and the Planning <br />Commission have recommended approval. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on this <br />matter. <br />Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Montour, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Dick Biagini appeared before the Council and indicated that he is currently in <br />lease negotiations with State Farm for office space in this building. If the <br />negotiations are successful, there would be adrive-through claims adjusting <br />area at the end of the building. Biagini reported that the north side of the <br />building would mirror the south except for a pair of doors at the end for this <br />claims adjusting area. <br />The Council indicated that they had no objection to this change and noted that <br />the building is an improvement over what had been previously submitted. <br />Montour asked the status of parking along the west end of the property. <br />
