The <br />meeting was reconvened at 9:20 p.m. <br />'YGMPOI2ARY Mayor Fahey opened the Public Flearing to consider amending the Zoning <br />SIGNS Code as it relates to temporary signs. The Planning Commission <br />recommended approval of the amendment as submitted by the City Planner. <br />This amendment not only regulates the size of temporary signs, but also <br />establishes a deposit to ensure that temporary signs are installed and removed <br />incompliance with permit requirements- <br />Mr l,_aValle introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: <br />ORD/NANCE NO..i26 - AN O/ZDINANG'E AMENDING SECTION <br />903.170.
