The meeting was reconvened at 9:20 p.m. 'YGMPOI2ARY Mayor Fahey opened the Public Flearing to consider amending the Zoning SIGNS Code as it relates to temporary signs. The Planning Commission recommended approval of the amendment as submitted by the City Planner. This amendment not only regulates the size of temporary signs, but also establishes a deposit to ensure that temporary signs are installed and removed incompliance with permit requirements- Mr l,_aValle introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: ORD/NANCE NO..i26 - AN O/ZDINANG'E AMENDING SECTION 903.170.
