MINUTES CITY COUNCIL FEBRUARY 23, 2000 AGREEMENT by the City Attorney. It has also been delivered to Mr. Schreier, and noted that there is an acceptance date in the agreement of February 29`x'. Once accepted, Precision Tree would have 120 days to submit an acceptable development proposal that would comply with existing zoning. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2000-2-96 -APPROVING THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR THE SCHREIER PROPERTY SUBJECT TO ANY MINOR MODIFICATIONS THAT MAYBE NECESSARY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITYADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. Ayes (4) Scalze, Morelan, Pedersen, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. DELONAIS The City Administrator reviewed a proposed amendment to the DeLonais OPTION option agreement. He indicated that the goal is to close on the property AGREEMENT by February 29°i, Some of the issues addressed in the option agreement include escrowing of $25,000 for demolition. It is proposed that should the cost be less than $25,000, that the owner is refunded the balance. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2000-2-47-APPROVING THE AMENDMENT TO THE DELONALS OPTION AGREEMENT SUBJECT TO ANY MINOR MODIFICATIONS THAT MAYBE NECESSARY AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, CITYADMINISTRATOR, AND CITY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON I3EHAl F OF THE CITY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (4) Fahey, Scalze, Pedersen, Morelan. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Morelan asked if demolition costs included any administrative costs.
