MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 23, 2000 <br />AGREEMENT by the City Attorney. It has also been delivered to Mr. Schreier, and noted <br />that there is an acceptance date in the agreement of February 29`x'. Once <br />accepted, Precision Tree would have 120 days to submit an acceptable <br />development proposal that would comply with existing zoning. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000-2-96 -APPROVING THE PURCHASE <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE SCHREIER PROPERTY SUBJECT TO <br />ANY MINOR MODIFICATIONS THAT MAYBE NECESSARY, AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITYADMINISTRATOR TO <br />EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Morelan, Pedersen, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />DELONAIS The City Administrator reviewed a proposed amendment to the DeLonais <br />OPTION option agreement. He indicated that the goal is to close on the property <br />AGREEMENT by February 29°i, Some of the issues addressed in the option agreement <br />include escrowing of $25,000 for demolition. It is proposed that should <br />the cost be less than $25,000, that the owner is refunded the balance. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000-2-47-APPROVING THE AMENDMENT <br />TO THE DELONALS OPTION AGREEMENT SUBJECT TO ANY <br />MINOR MODIFICATIONS THAT MAYBE NECESSARY AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, CITYADMINISTRATOR, AND CITY <br />ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON I3EHAl F OF <br />THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Fahey, Scalze, Pedersen, Morelan. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Morelan asked if demolition costs included any administrative costs.
