There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by Pedersen, the public hearing was closed. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 20110-2-44 -APPROVING TIIE DIVISION OF THE RICHIE PROPERTYAT 2966 LABORE ROAD AS REQUESTED SUB.IECT TO MR. RICHIE ENTERING INTO A COVENANT THAT WOULD PRECLUDE ANYADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF HIS PROPERTY WITHOUT A ROAD IMPROVEMENT, AND SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AND PLANNING COMMISSION The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan Ayes (5) Fahey, Morelan, Scalze, Pedersen. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Scalze pointed out that other property owners in the area might be interested in subdividing their property. She asked at what point the Council would preclude subdivision without a road improvement. Fahey suggested that a more comprehensive plan for the area needs to be developed. He suggested that perhaps this is a topic for the City's goal setting session. He also suggested that the City should take a look at other undeveloped parcels in the City and plan for their future development. The City Administrator suggested that now that this plan has been developed, that a neighborhood meeting be held to present the plan to the property owners.
