However, if by the time the Little Canada Road <br />improvement is ready to be put out for bid, the two will be combined. <br />Morelan indicated that he likes Schroeder's ideas for the streetscape. <br />However, he would like a chance to review the plans in detail before the <br />work is put out for bid. <br />Scalze stated that she liked the pavers and felt they were nice looking as <br />well as functional. The City Administrator indicated that the pavers will <br />be expensive, however, in the long run will pay for themselves since <br />restoration will not be an issue. <br />Scalze asked about tree location. The Administrator indicated that trees <br />will be five feet from the curb line and 3 feet from the sidewalk. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000-3-54 -APPROVING THE LITTLE CANADA <br />ROAD STREET ALIC,NMENT CONCEPT AS SU73MITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, Pedersen, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Administrator indicated that streetscape drawings will be <br />forwarded to the City Council for review. He also indicated that when <br />plans and specs are complete, a detailed presentation will be made to the <br />Council. <br />MUNICIPAL Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />STATE AID <br />LOAN RE.SOI. Resolution declared adopted. <br />MN DOT The City Administrator reviewed the agreement with MN DOT for <br />TURNBACK the turn-back of various frontage roads from the State to the City.
