Resolution declared adopted.
COUNTY The City Planner reported that the Planning Commission has
ROAD C recommended that the Council call for a public hearing to consider
REZONING the rezoning of the three parcels along County Road C just east of the
coffee shop to RB from B-3. It was noted that the coffee shop property
was recently rezoned to RB.
Morelan suggested that the Council consider the rezoning of the seven
properties east of the coffee shop. The three parcels east of the coffee
shop are B-3 while the next four are R-1. Morelan suggested that RB
zoning was more appropriate for these parcels given their location on
County Road C. Morelan also suggested that consideration be given to
rezoning the outlot west of Rosewood Drive from R-I to RB.
Scalze indicated that she was not in favor of going further east with the
RB zoning than the three B-3 parcels. Scalze pointed out that the three parcels east of
the coffee shop are zoned B-3 which leaves open the possibility of an
13
