RB zoning would provide a use similar to the
coffee shop.
Morelan stated that he did not feel B-3 zoning was appropriate for these
parcels, and felt that they needed to be rezoned. He suggested that in
addition to looking at these three parcels, the next four along County Road
C should be looked at as well. Morelan felt that RB may be the best long-
term plan for the whole stretch of seven properties.
Scalze suggested that R-1 also be considered in addition to RB for the
three parcels east of the coffee shop. Morelan indicated that he was not
interested in looking at R-I for these properties. He again suggested that
the zoning of the outlot be looked at as well.
LaValle pointed out that the outlot is a holding pond and is not
developable.
Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESDI, UTION NO. 2000-3-72 -CALLING FOR A PUI37_IC
HEARING ON APRIL 26, 21100 AT 7:30 P.
