MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MAY 23, 2000 <br />TEMPORARY <br />LIQUOR <br />LICENSE - <br />MN <br />RECREATION <br />& PARK ASSOC. <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Scalze, seconded by Fahey, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Given that there weren't four members of the Council present, this matter <br />had to be tabled. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2000-5-134 - TA737.ING ACTION ON THE <br />AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND ZONING <br />CODE RELATING TO ALLOWED USES AND SITE PLAN <br />REQUIREMENTS IN THE CITY'S" REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br />NO. 3-2 UNTIL THE JUNE 13, 2000 REGULAR COUNCIL <br />MEETING AND REQUESTING ADDITIONAL, STAFF INPUT <br />RELATIVE TO PRECLUDING MARKET RATE MULTIPLE <br />FAMILYHOUSING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (3) Scalze, Fahey, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000-5-135 - APPROVING A TEMPORARY <br />LIQUOR LICENSE FOR THE MN RECREATION & PARK <br />ASSOCIATION IN CONJUNCTION WITH A FUND RAISING <br />TOURNAMENT TO BE CONDUCTED AUGUST 18 THROUGH 21, <br />2000 AT PIONEER PARK FOR THE 16-YEAR OLD LITTLE <br />CANADA FASTPITCH PROGRAM <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (3) Scalze, Pedersen, Fahey. <br />Nays (0).
