MINUTES CITY COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 13, 2000 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, Fahey, Pedersen, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. SCHRIER The City Administrator recommended that the Council issue a capital PURCHASE gains letter relative to the sale of the Schreier property on South Owasso AGREEMENT Blvd. to Precision Tree. He also suggested that the City not be a party to the purchase agreement for this site, and that the sale occurs directly from the owner to the purchaser, Precision Tree. He further suggested that the provision in the purchase agreement relative to assignment to heirs, executors, legal representatives, successors, and assigns be deleted. Morelan asked about Precision Tree's development plans for the site. The City Administrator reported that Precision Tree has been informed that development of this property will have to conform to the requirements of the I-P Zoning District. LaValle pointed out that the building will have to be high in order for Precision Tree to get boom trucks into the structure. The Administrator agreed and pointed out that doors will likely be 16 feet high. He again indicated that Precision Tree is aware that they will have to conform to zoning requirements. The Administrator pointed out that the purchase agreement will not be executed until the development plans for the site are finalized. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTIONNO. 2000-9-2I3 -APPROVING THE SCHREIER/PRECISLON TREE PURCHASE AGREEMENT AS RECOMMENDED I3Y THE CITYADMINISTRATORRND DECLARING THAT DEVELOPMENT PLANS FOR THE SITE ARE SU73JECT TO REVIEWAND APPROVAL. TIF NOTE FOR The City Administrator presented to the Council the T1F Note for the GOODYEAR Goodyear Project in the amount of $118,675. The Administrator reported PROJECT that he is still waiting for two pieces of documentation before the Note can be issued.
