MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 27, 2000 <br />RE.SOI.UTIONNO. 2000-9-228 -APPROVING THE AMENDMENT <br />TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ALLOWING EXPANSION OF <br />OUTDOOR STORAGE AREA AND APPROVING A VARIANCE <br />ALLOWING FOR A SECOND DRIVEWAYACCESS ON SPRUCE <br />STREET FOR PROPERTYAT I82 RYAN LANE AS REQUESTED BY <br />JANIS EVANS SUEJECT TO THE FOLLOWING: <br />'THE CURB AREA .SEPARATING THE TWO 32-FOOT <br />DRIVEWAYS ON SPRUCE STREET IS TO BE LANDSCAPED <br />WITH GRASS OR SHRUBERY IN CONFORMANCE WITH <br />PAST CITY POLICY; <br />*THAT THE SITE PLAN IS AMENDED TO CLARIFY THAT <br />THERE IS NO OUTDOOR .STORAGE ALLOWED WITHIN <br />TEN FEET OF THE REAR ANI) SIDE LOT LINES; <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Pedersen, Morelan, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PRELIMINARY Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the Preliminary and Final <br />& FINAL PLAT Plat for Country Side Terrace as requested by Dick Biagini. The City <br />COUNTRY SIDE Planner and the Planning Commission have recommended approval of <br />TERRACE the plat. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000-9-229 -APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY <br />AND FINAL PLAT FOR COUNTRYSIDE TERRACE BASED ON <br />THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE CITY PLANNER AND THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, LaValle, Scalze, Pedersen, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />
