HAZARD TO TRAFFIC The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (4) Fahey, Scalze, Pedersen, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2000-] 0-254 -APPROVING THE PLACEMENT OF PITRINA PARK MONUMENT SIGNS WITHIN THE CENTER ISLAND ONAI,LENAVENUESU73JECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF TILE CITY PLANNER AND SU73JECT TO THE TOWNHOME ASSOCIATION ENTERING INTO A LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THE ,S`IGNS` WITH THE CITY OF LITTI E CANADA The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. Ayes (4) LaValle, Fahey, Pedersen, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. CUP & Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider an amendment to AMENDMENT a Conditional Use Permit as well as an amendment to the Municipal TO CITY Code extending the hours of operation for amusement centers. It was CODE -EXTEND noted that Coliseum Billiards is requesting to extend their hours of HOURS OF operation from Midnight to 2 a.m, Fahey pointed out that the Planning OPERATION FOR Commission has recommended approval. COLISEUM BILLIARDS LaValle pointed out that the Sheriff's Department has noted that the business owner should be aware of the City's curfew ordinance. Mr. Melloy, owner of Coliseum Billiards, indicated that he would enforce the ordinance. Scalze asked about calls for service at the Market Place Shopping Center, where Coliseum Billiards is located. The Deputy Clerk noted that Lt. Moore of the Sheriff's Department indicated that of the calls for service to the shopping center, none were specific to Coliseum Billiards. There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on this matter.
