MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />SEPTEMBER 14, 2000 <br />for appropriate access for the business and maneuvering in and <br />out of the site; <br />*The configuration of the building on the property mandates this <br />type of access; <br />*The shape of the property is unique and difficult to deal with; <br />*Given the existing wide open nature of the access point on Spruce <br />Street, the change is an improvement to what currently exists; <br />Motion seconded by Carson. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />LOT Tom Dunsmore appeared before the Commission requesting approval <br />COMBINATION of the combination of lots located at 3252 and 3254 Rice Street. These <br />3252-3254 lots are part of the Blacktern Office Park, and two separate building <br />RICE STREET units are being combined into one. <br />The City Planner suggested that the association documents be reviewed to <br />determine if there are any issues with maintenance of common areas and <br />apportionment of maintenance costs that should be addressed as the result <br />of the lot combination. <br />Montour asked if the lot combination affected the parking requirements at <br />the office park. The City Planner replied that parking requirements would <br />not be affected. <br />Mr. Barraclough recommended approval of the lot combination for 3252 <br />and 3254 Rice Street as requested subject to compliance with the <br />recommendations of the City Planner. <br />Motion seconded by Kraemer. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />LOT Mr. Barraclough recommended approval of the lot combination for 3220 <br />COMBINATION and 3222 Rice Street as requested subject to compliance with the <br />3220-3222 recommendations of the City Planner. <br />RICE STREET <br />Motion seconded by Kraemer. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />
