N1a].let, owner of Lots ~~. and j', Section 7, 'Township <br />2q, Range 22, North Park, presented his petition to rezong said <br />property from Class A Residential to Class 13 Residential for the <br />purpose of bui]_ding a duplex bungalow. 'Phe Council raised the <br />question of obstructing the continuation Southward of the present <br />Lake Shore Avenue.
