Upon motion by Spooner, seconded by Loeffler, it was "ItLSOLVED, T72at the Council grant the School District i~,{3 th© permission requested and that the Clerk write a letter to Nir. I'lynn, Assis- tant County Attorney, concerning a recent request of the Village Council to erect certain speed limit and. road patrol notice signs. After some discussion of the letter and the conditions prevailing in the area of Sunrise Heights, anal. after some of the interested citizens living in that area made statements regardinj their posi- tion with reference to their previous request, the Counci]_ took under consideration a change in. the request as previously made. Milner Carley calling the Council's attention to the fact that a uniform publication of the wilding Code recently adopted by most of the municipalities in Ramsey Covnty is being prepared for general ca.rculation and that t:re said published code i-could be offered fo-r. sale at `vv1.00 per copy. '.I'1re letter also explained that some amendments should be made b'y the Village Council so that its version of the Code would conform to that- of other- nrunicipsilities.
