Williams, the super- <br />intendent, so advising him." <br />Ayes - ~ Nays - 0 <br />Th.e resolution was adopted. <br />The clerk read a letter from NIr. Robert G. I'lynn, Assis- <br />tant County Attorney, concerning a recent request of the Village <br />Council to erect certain speed limit and. road patrol notice signs. <br />After some discussion of the letter and the conditions prevailing <br />in the area of Sunrise Heights, anal. after some of the interested <br />citizens living in that area made statements regardinj their posi- <br />tion with reference to their previous request, the Counci]_ took <br />under consideration a change in. the request as previously made. <br />Upon mol;:ton by Nadeau, seconded by Vitale, it was <br />"R7i,S0IU7',D, That the County of Ramsey be re- <br />quested to place three 20 m.p.h, speed limit <br />suns in the Sunrise heights area in the follow- <br />ing desinnated. spots: On.e on the East side of <br />Burr Street immediately North. of CounL-y Hoad 13~ <br />one on the North side of Highway Drive at the <br />intersection of Hendry Place; and one on the <br />7:Zast side of Desoto Street just North of County <br />Road ]3 ." <br />Ayes - '~' Nays - 0 <br />The resolution roaas adopted. <br />The clerk road a letter from. Milner Carley calling the <br />Council's attention to the fact that a uniform publication of the <br />wilding Code recently adopted by most of the municipalities in <br />Ramsey Covnty is being prepared for general ca.rculation and that <br />t:re said published code i-could be offered fo-r. sale at `vv1.00 per copy. <br />'.I'1re letter also explained that some amendments should be made b'y the <br />Village Council so that its version of the Code would conform to <br />that- of other- nrunicipsilities.
