<br />"WHEREAS, Said specifications are on file in the office of
<br />the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked,
<br />labeled, and identified as S.P. 6212-85 (T.H. 38118) Minnesota
<br />U-UG 092-1 (10); S.P. 6280-05 (38_390) Minnesota IG 035-2 (24) 116;
<br />S.P. 8280-03, 6280-04, 6280-07; 62$0-10; 6280-15; 6280-18; 6280-18
<br />(35390), Minnesota I 035-2 (9) 116; which, together with the Minne-
<br />sota Department of Highways specifications for Highway Construction,
<br />dated July 1, 1947, and Supplement No. 1 to the Minnesota Department
<br />of 7{ighways Specifications for Highway Construction, effective April
<br />15, 1953, on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, con-
<br />stitute the specifications for said improvement of Trunlt Highway Num-
<br />ber 118, renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 36; and
<br />"WHEREAS, Copies of said plans and specifications as so marked,
<br />labeled, and identified are also on file in the office of the Vil-
<br />lage Clerk; and
<br />"WHEREAS, The term 'said plans and specifications' as herein-
<br />after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended
<br />to mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and specifications as
<br />in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described.
<br />"NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED That said plays and specifications
<br />for the improvement of Trunk Highway Number 118 renumbered as Trunk
<br />Highway Number 36 within the limits oP the Village of Little Canada
<br />be and are hereby approved.
<br />"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the elevations and grades as shown
<br />in said plans and specifications be and they are hereby approved
<br />and consent is hereby given to any and all changes in grade occasioned
<br />by the construction of said Trunk Highway Number 118 renumbered as
<br />Trunk Highway Number 36 in accordance with said plans and specifica-
<br />tions."

<br />The resolution was adopted.
<br />Upon motion by Spooner, seconded by Loeffler, the following resolution
<br />was submitted:
<br />"WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans and
<br />specifications for Bridge No. 9117, south bound lane over C.S.A.H. 258,
<br />Bridge No. 9118, north bound lane over C.S.A.H. 258; Bridge No. 9119,
<br />south bound lane over T.H. No. 36 and Bridge No. 9120, north bound
<br />land over T.H. No. 36, for improvement of part of 'trunk Highway No.
<br />390, renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 35 within the corporate limits
<br />of the Village of Little Canada; and
<br />"WHEREAS, Said plans are on file in the office of the Department
<br />of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled and iden-
<br />tified as S.P. 6280-15 (35c390) Bridge No. 9117 and 9118; and S.P.
<br />6280-16 (35390) Bridge No. 9119 and 9120; and
<br />"WHEREAS, Said specifications are on file in the office of the
<br />Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled,
