Regular Meeting _ September 10, 1.958 "NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and specifications for the improvement of Trunk Highway Number 390 renumbered as Trunk Highway Numbex• 35 within the limits of the Village of: Little Canada be and hereby are approved. "DE YT FURTHER RESOLVED that the elevations and grades as shown in said plans and specifications be and they are hereby approved and consent is hereby given to any and all changes iu grade occasioned by the construction of said Trunk Highway Number 390 renumbered as Trunk Highway Nunber 35 in accordance with said plans and specifications." Ayes ---4 Nays - 0 The resolution was adopted. T1pon motion by Nadeau, seconded by Loefflor., the following; resolution was submitted: "WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk High- way No. 390 renumbered as 'rx•unk Highway Number 35 within the corporate limits of the Village of Little Canada from 310 ft. South of Little Canada Rd. to the North corporate limits; and "WIiEREAS said plans are on file in the office of the Depart- ment of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P. 6280-14 (T.H. 35.390) and S.P. 6285-06; and "WHEREAS said specifications are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, beiu$; marked, labeled, and identified as S, P. 6280-14 (T•,H. 35-390), S.P. 6280-19 ~ 20; S.P. 6285-06 & 6285--09 (D94_393) Minn. 1035--2 (26°119 & I-IG D94-3 (203) 231, which, together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, dated July 1, 1947, and Supplement No. 1 to the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, effective April 15, 1953, on file in the office of tlxe Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications fox said improvement of Trunk Highway Number 390 renumbered as Trunlc Highway Number. 35; and "WHEREAS copies of said plans and specifications as so marked, labeled, and identified are also on file in the office of the Vil- lage Clerk; and "WTiERL'AS the term 'said plans and specifications' as hereinafter used in tlxe body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and specifications as in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described.
