Tvro ovrners o£ property, who purchased fran Mr. 'Thomas Wenzel, asked. <br />bhe Council what they could do about putting the road in shape so that the Village <br />would accept it. IIe said that he had information that the cost vrould be about <br />$$6,000.00 to blacktop the street. Tie was advised by the Council that this is no <br />problem oi' the Village since it was not accepted as a Village street and that it <br />would not be accepted until 9.t met Village specifications. <br />The Clerk read a letter written to John 131omquist with refe:e•ence to a <br />proposed dump on Keller Parkway just north of the intersection of I{eller Parlcvray <br />and Edgerton Street. IIe then .read a letter received from IJir. (3lomquist stating <br />that a,~y action toward having a dump established there vrould have to come from the <br />local residents and that Blomquists were simply offering the opportunity to izse the <br />property if the people around there wanted it fox• that purpose. <br />Mr. Vern Montgomery, C:iv:il Defense Chairman for Little Canada, presented <br />a bill for. certain uniform apparel for the auxiliary police in the amount of ~6g.61. <br />Upon motion by Spoonex, seconded by Loeffler, it was <br />RESOLVED, That the Clerk and 'Preasurer be, and are hereby, authorized <br />to pay such claim for civil. defense purpose. <br />Upon motion by Spooner., seconded by Loeffler, it was <br />RESOLVEll, That Vouchers Nos. 1775 thru 1£313 be paid as follows <br />1775 L.
