The Community Development Director stated that a Conditional Use Permit can be <br />reviewed if there are concerns or complaints. Keis stated that he would like to have a timeline for <br />when this will be done. <br />There were no comments from the public. Resolution adopted. <br />RECEIVE FEASIBILITY REPORTS & CALL FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR 2022 <br />STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS ON WOODLYNN AVENUE AND RYAN DRIVE <br />The City Engineer, Eric Seaburg, explained that Ryan Drive and Woodlynn Avenue are included in <br />the City's Capital Improvement Plan. He stated these are low -volume industrial streets that have aged <br />to the point where rehabilitation is recommended. He stated that a feasibility report detailing the <br />proposed projects has been prepared. <br />The City Engineer explained that East of the railroad tracks, the proposed improvements to Woodlynn <br />Avenue include full street reconstruction, new concrete curb and gutter, drainage improvements, and <br />spot utility improvements. He reported that west of the railroad tracks, the proposed improvements to <br />Woodlynn Avenue include street reclamation with spot curb and gutter repair. He explained that 80% <br />0 <br />
