Include SWPPP in final plan submittal.
11. NPDES permit will be strictly enforced – all slopes to water ways must be stabilized within 24
hours of disturbance.
12. Grading plan indicates grading outside of property along northwest property boundary. Provide
documentation allowing grading on private property.

SANITARY SEWER & WATERMAIN
13. Provide access path along off-line sanitary sewer main. 6” of class 5 below 6” topsoil is a common
practice. Maintenance staff needs drive-able access to MH 2 and MH 3.
a The side-yard slope between Lots 6 and 7 from MH 4 to MH 3 is 4:1 and does not provide
the ability for a vehicle to get to MH 3.
b Access to MH 2 should either come from MH 3 or EX MH 5. If provided from EX MH 5,
detail the access path.
14. Grading Plan does not show proposed grade modifications between MH 2 and MH 3.
a Does the proposed fill within the wetland qualify as Temporary Wetland Impact?
15. Provide a detail or more information on the proposed sanitary sewer insulation. The minimum
cover to top of pipe appears to be 5’.
16. Include MH post markers for off-street manholes.
17. The proposed watermain should be DIP CL. 52.
18. All sanitary sewer manholes will require infi-shield I/I barrier.
19. Explain reasoning for 1.5’ drop in MH 4. Would prefer to see typical 0.1’ to 0.2’ drop through the
structure.
20. Sanitary sewer (and watermain) stubbed to the west from MH 4 should be stubbed to the property
line or into the neighboring parcel, beyond the proposed 8’ high retaining walls. Temporary and/or
permanent easement(s) would be needed for this work.
21. Maintain consistent 10’ separation between watermain and sanitary sewer between MH 4 and MH
5.
22. Sequencing: consider extending sanitary service to Lot 2 beyond the proposed retaining wall, if
wall is going in prior to stub connection.
23. Obtain vertical watermain offset at storm crossing with gradual overdepth installation in lieu of
fittings.
