Project Team
Bringing over 16 years of experience
as a Licensed Landscape Architect and
Planner, Amanda leads ISG’s landscape
architecture group by tapping into her
contextual programming and connectivity
skill set. Over the last five years, she
has led over 50 prominent, and award-
winning, sports and recreation projects.
Amanda considers the natural resources
of the site to drive the design—creating
solutions that optimize and protect the
qualities and strengths already present.
Bringing creative ideas to life, her long-
range plans are presented in a strategic
yet easy-to-understand format that can
be fully articulated, ensuring the City
and public can grasp and appreciate the
nuances of a design or planning outcome.
An experienced landscape designer with
10 years of experience, Brian works
with clients and communities to design
impactful, dynamic, and sustainable
spaces. He listens with intent to the
wants and needs of user groups, project
stakeholders, and partners—seamlessly
translating ideas into reality through
the creation of sketches, graphics, and
renderings that help convey design
intent and ideas. Brian is familiar with
working on all stages of a project from
ideation and design development
to construction documents and
implementation, and he coordinates
with other disciplines throughout
the project to ensure cohesive and
strategic design deliverables.
With an opportunistic mindset and
humble leadership style, Andy leverages
lessons learned from the previous
roles he has held since he first started
with ISG as a civil engineering intern.
Whether he is leading ISG’s Bloomington
office, various practice groups, or a
project team, Andy guides teams to
meaningful solutions and provides
opportunities that enable them to learn,
grow, and make better decisions, faster.
Andy’s diverse industry and leadership
experience elevate sports and recreation
projects, with a big-picture perspective
that provides additional strategic
considerations for both the project
team and the client to factor into plans,
designs, and visions.
Mike specializes in analysis of electrical
requirements and developing innovative
and economical solutions to meet client
needs. He is responsible for coordination
of electrical design for all aspects of
a community project. With a broad
background in electrical design, Mike
understands communications, emergency
systems, and standby and back-up
power methods. His experience includes
parking lot and trail lighting in addition
to designing the power lighting and fire
alarm systems for all types of buildings.
Working alongside ISG’s mechanical
team, Mike will ensure proper equipment
integration throughout each facility he
works on.
