Water Quality Improvements <br />Rehabilitation of Ryan Drive will not trigger Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed <br />District (RWMWD) stormwater improvements. However, business owners will be <br />given the opportunity during final design to opt into the City’s rain garden program. <br />Any raingardens installed would be credited by the watershed towards other or future <br />street improvement projects that trigger stormwater improvements. <br /> <br />
