Pioneer Park Master Plan Phase I | City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />Project Team 6 <br />PROJECT TEAM <br />Bolton & Menk has assembled a team of highly motivated and experienced professionals for this project. <br />It is our policy to staff all projects using a team approach, maintaining close coordination with the client <br />at all times. Our project team has extensive experience evaluating and developing successful solutions <br />that meet our clients' needs, can be supported by stakeholders, and can be effectively implemented. <br />Our proposed team provides the optimum combination of accessibility, local community knowledge, and <br />specialized expertise. <br />The following paragraphs provide a brief background and profile of each key team member. These <br />individuals have track records of successful projects and, just as importantly, are enthusiastic and <br />committed to meeting and exceeding your expectations. Detailed résumés for all personnel are available <br />upon request. <br />Mark Kasma, P.E. <br />Principal-in-Charge <br />Mark will ensure the project has <br />the personnel and resources to <br />accomplish the work plan within <br />the agreed upon schedule. He will <br />monitor progress, schedule, and <br />budget and work closely with Josh to ensure critical <br />issues are addressed in a timely manner. <br />Mark began his engineering career in 1986 and is a <br />senior principal engineer and sits on the firm’s Board <br />of Directors. He serves as consultant city engineer for <br />several Minnesota communities and is involved with <br />assisting city administrators, city managers, public works <br />directors, and utility superintendents in daily problem <br />solving. Mark enjoys the opportunity to mentor current <br />employees and help them achieve their goals. <br />Josh Shields, PLA <br />Project Manager/Senior Project <br />Landscape Architect <br />Josh will serve as the City of <br />Little Canada’s primary point <br />of contact. He will provide close <br />coordination with the city and <br />project team and will be responsible for overall <br />team management including schedule, cost, and <br />scope management. <br />Josh is a senior project landscape architect dedicated <br />to assisting clients develop sustainable solutions for <br />their communities. He began his career in 2004 and <br />his work experience in master planning, parks and <br />recreational design, and urban design encompasses the <br />entire life cycle of many projects; from visioning, design <br />development, fundraising, construction, and maintenance. <br />Josh’s ability to build project consensus through meeting <br />facilitation, public input, and thoughtful design has led <br />to many successful community-backed projects.
