MINUTES CITY COUNCIL OCTOBER 22, 2008 AMENDMENT Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider an Amendment to a TO CUP - Conditional Use Permit for open and outdoor storage requested by 209 RYAN Roger Stanke for property at 209 Ryan Drive. It was noted that the DRIVE - City Planner and Planning Commission recommended approval ROGER subject to compliance with the recommendations of the Code Enforcement STANKE Officer as outlined in her report dated October 2, 2008. The City Planner reported that staff has visited 209 Ryan Drive and has made some recommendations for relocating a few of the outdoor storage items to ensure conformance with the Code. The Planner also noted that the First Marshal made some recommendations to ensure access to the fire sprinkler system for the building. 1'he Planner reported that staff recommends approval of the Amendment to CUP for 209 Ryan Drive subject to compliance with all recommendation. There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on This matter. Upon motion by Allan, seconded by Keis, the public hearing was closed. Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2008-IO-268 -APPROVING ANAMENDMENT TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR 209 RYAN DRIVE, ROGER STANKE, SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OUTLINED IN THE CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER'S REPORT DATED OCTOBER 2, 2008 INCLUDING RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANNING COMMISSION The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. CUPS, Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the following zoning VARIANCE, requests made by R & S Automotive for their property at 38 West IUPs, APEAL - Woodlyn Avenue: 38 WEST Conditional Use Permit for outdoor storage of vehicles and WOODLYN waste containers for R & S; AVENUE - Variance from the provision that an Interim Use Permit for R & S off-site outdoor storage must be operated by a local business; AUTOMOTIVE Interim Use Permits allowing off-site outdoor storage for several businesses;
