No action is requested. <br />BACKGROUND <br />On Thursday, March 21, the Rondeau Park Subcommittee held its first meeting. This committee <br />includes Recreation Coordinator, Sierra Hietala, Park and Recreation Director, Bryce Shearen, <br />and Parks and Recreation Commission members Shawn Hipp, Michael Mui, and Peter Schletty. <br />The subcommittee discussed the event and what planning operations will need to take place <br />before the event and operations at the event. <br />The subcommittee members will provide an update to the Parks & Recreation Commission at the <br />meeting and provide meeting notes to the Commission.
