Lennar – Little Canada
Traffic Analysis
April 25, 2022
Page 15

Table 5 – 2025 No-Build Traffic Operations
C = Overall LOS, (D) = Worst movement LOS Source: WSB & Associates, Inc.

2040 No-Build

Table 6 – 2040 No-Build Traffic Operations shown below, summarizes the projected 2040 LOS
and delays at the primary intersections in the study area based on the current lane geometry and
traffic control without the proposed Lennar residential development traffic.

Similar to the existing and 2025 No-Build the analysis results show that all intersections will
continue to operate at overall LOS B during both the weekday AM and PM peak hours. In
addition, all movements during the AM and PM peak hours would continue to operate at a LOS B
or better. There will be very little anticipated change in operation from the 2025 No -Build
conditions.

Like the existing and 2025 No-Build conditions the maximum movement queues do not exceed
the storage lengths of the existing lanes at either intersection except for the eastbou nd Little
Canada Road (CSAH 21) approach to Centerville Road (CSAH 19) which could back up into the
I-35E northbound ramp intersection during only peak conditions.

Table 6 – 2040 No-Build Traffic Operations Summary
C = Overall LOS, (D) = Worst movement LOS Source: WSB & Associates, Inc.

2025 Build

Table 7 – 2025 Build Traffic Operations shown below, summarizes the projected 2025 LOS
and delays at the primary intersections in the study area assuming the current lane geometry and
traffic control with the proposed Lennar residential development traffic added to the 2025 No-
Build conditions.
