MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVEMBER 24, 2008 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptiom <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2008-11-289 -VACATING DRAINAGE AND <br />UTILITY EASEMENTS IN CENTRE PLACE AS PETITIONED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP, Mayor Blesener noted that R & S Automotive has requested that <br />VARIANCE, consideration of their requests for Conditional Use Permit, Variance, <br />IUPs, AND Interim Use Permits, and Appeal related to their property at 38 W. <br />APPEAL - Woodlyn Avenue be tabled until the December 22, 2008 Regular City <br />38 W. Council meeting. Blesener noted that R & S Automotive has signed a <br />WOODLYN 60-Day Waiver. <br />AVENUE - <br />R & S Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />AUTOMOTIVE <br /> RESOL UTION NO. 2008-11-290 -CONTINUING THE PUBLIC <br /> HEARING AND TABLING ACTION ON THE R & S AUTOMOTIVE <br /> REQUESTS FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, VARIANCE, <br /> INTERIM USE PERMITS, AND APPEAL UNTIL THE DECEMBER <br /> 22, 2008 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS REQUESTED BY <br /> R & SAUTOMOTIVE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ZONING Mayor Blesener opened the continuation of Public Hearing to consider <br />CODE a Text Amendment to the Zoning Code allowing open and outdoor <br />AMENDMENT - storage of personal recreational equipment by Conditional Use Permit <br />RECREATIONAL in the I-1 District. <br />EQUIPMENT <br />STORAGE IN The City Planner reviewed his report dated November 19, 2008 which <br />I-1 DISTRICT provides for an exception for recreational vehicles from the 8 foot height <br /> limitation. The Planner also reviewed a proposed amendment which <br /> would allow the outdoor storage of recreational vehicles and equipment by <br />
