CUP, Mayor Blesener noted that R & S Automotive has requested that VARIANCE, consideration of their requests for Conditional Use Permit, Variance, IUPs, AND Interim Use Permits, and Appeal related to their property at 38 W. APPEAL - Woodlyn Avenue be tabled until the December 22, 2008 Regular City 38 W. Council meeting. Blesener noted that R & S Automotive has signed a WOODLYN 60-Day Waiver.
