This <br />outdoor storage would be subject to outdoor storage licensing <br />requirements. It was noted that renters of I-1 property would not be <br />allowed outdoor storage of personal recreational vehicles and/or <br />equipment. That type of storage would only be allowed if accessory to the <br />principle use of the business, i.e. a repair shop that repairs RV's. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Keis, seconded by Montour, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2008-II-291-APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br />THE TEXT AMENDMENT TO ZONING CODE CHAPTER 914 AS <br />OUTLINED IN THE CITYPLANNER'S REPORT DATED <br />NOVEMBER 19, 2008 RELATIVE TO OUTDOOR STORAGE OF <br />RECREATIONAL VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT BY <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
