Informational update to the Parks & Recreation Commission <br />BACKGROUND: <br />At the July 27, 2022, City Council meeting, the City Council made a motion to award the bid to <br />Albrecht Company in the amount of $139,705.00 for the Gervais Mill Improvements. <br />Staff is already working on completing the contracts and is anticipating the majority of the work <br />to be completed by the end of October 2022. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Gervais Mill Park Improvement Image <br />July 27, 2022 – Staff Report to City Council
